SmartWash by JHC offers convenient payment options and will handle any resident issues, including electronic refunds. We have accounting systems in place to ensure all money is distributed and counted correctly.

MAINTENANCE

If a problem does arise, we’ll address it immediately. Local SmartWash by JHC technicians are available for service 365 days a year. Students and administrators can report issues through our app, and a technician will repair or replace any out-of- service machine within 48 working hours.
