The user agrees to use the SmartWash by JHC App in a fair and proper manner. Anyone abusing the notification alerts will have their access suspended without notice.

SmartWash by JHC app Offers self-service laundry washing and drying.

The process of the service delivery to the customer

SmartWash by JHC app customer is following these steps:

1st They select an Available machine;

2nd They select a program.

3rd They make the payment.

4th After the payment has been made a machine is "Ready to start".

5th When a customer has loaded the laundry into the machine, added the detergents and closed the doors, they push the "Start" button and service begins.

Payment process (Payment terms)

All payments are made via the SmartWash by JHC app by any device that can handle this process (Apple and Android smartphones).

Usually a customer is making the payment at the laundry room, when they are ready to do the laundry.

For payment customer must have a VISA, Mastercard or JCB debit/credit card that is registered for internet payments.

Refund policy

To receive a refund of credit on your SmartWash by JHC app account, please send a copy of the original receipt (which must include the Receipt ID or Transaction ID) from your bank account or PayPal and a Screenshot of your SmartWash by JHC account to: info@smart-wash.net

No refund will be given on balances of less than 1.00€. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for purchase. Refunds will not be processed for any free credit.

Customer service terms

All the required information is provided on the SmartWash by JHC app. For any additional information customers can contact us via the “Report a Fault” feature within the app. As well there is additional contact information on the SmartWash by JHC website to report for any problems.

If a customer has any problems with a provided service, the service has not been provided after payment or if there are any other problems, SmartWash by JHC team can look for the best solution on that moment. Either payment can be refunded or a machine can be started remotely.  

The right to refuse the purchase/sales agreement, procedures for the return and replacement of goods

A customer has the right to complain about the service to us at any time. If a customer has a demand to refund the money for the service our team will process the provided information within 3-4 working days. The order of the service can be cancelled only before machine has been started. It cannot be stopped in the middle of washing process. Machine doors are blocked until the process is finished.

Customer and Payment Data security process

To provide an encoded data channel in the Internet we are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Customer Data collection after the payments.

We do not store any customer card information.

After the payment we store customer e-mail address (if provided) and a location for paid service. If a customer is registered user, the e-mail address is linked with his profile where his name, last name, email address and "SMS to E-Mail" (if provided) is stored.
